We store your data on our accounting software management as well as in our CRM (customer relationship management) solutions whereby we communicate directly with you on important industry information with your permission.

At Phase2projects we regard the protection of your personal data - such as your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address - and the responsible use of the information you entrust to us as extremely important. This also includes data that accumulates in the background when you use the Internet. If you are asked to give your personal details on our website you will be informed of the intended purpose and, if necessary, you will be asked to give your consent.

Phase2Projects promises that your details will be treated confidentially in accordance with the applicable South African data protection provisions. 

Use of the data

Your visits to our web pages are also covered by data protection legislation. Our web servers store the name of your Internet service provider, the web page from which you visit us, the web pages you visit on our website as well as the date and duration of your visit. When you visit one of our web pages, Phase2Projects receives service data, which is stored. Service data is analysed for statistical purposes for reporting on trends and user experience. It is, among other things, the basis on which we manage the development of our website and affords us the opportunity to offer you the best possible experience through interpretation of this knowledge.

Service data is not disclosed to third persons for any commercial or non-commercial purposes however, service data is collected and presented by our appointed marketing communications consultant for the benefit of Phase2Projects.
