An electrical certificate of compliance must be issued by a registered person and are used to confirm that electrical installations within a building meet the required standards for safety under law. The COC is valid for two years for purposes of transfer and must be re-issued if any additional work has been done. The qualified electrician will conduct an electrical audit and advise if any repairs need to take place before issue of the certificate. We will quote on the work required and ensure compliance standards are met in preparation for a final assessment.
