Penni leads the team full-time and is available for all your Interior Design and Decor needs. Known as the finisher on the renovation team, she gets things done and gets the whole team across the finish line. With her starting base Interior Design Diploma from DUT she has developed her own personal style that merges seamlessly with the the clients vision and/or architectural design elements. As a born creative Penni will bring your ideas to life with her natural flair, insight into the latest trends and commitment to seeing the project through.

Whether renovating your home, decorating a room, or revamping an office space Penni has a knack for listening carefully to what you have in mind, assessing the space, and a talent for proposing design and decor elements that work and that you will love.

Time is precious and consultations are free for projects to be quoted on.
Consultations determine the scope of work, expectations, budget and individual styles and tastes.
Budgets are a reality and we respect them and use them to guide us in our choice of materials for soft and hard finishes. Clients are our priority and we will do our utmost best to exceed your expectations.

Interior Design

We work with you or your architect and offer visual reference mockups and mood boards to facilitate visualization of the proposed concepts.

Drawings and sketches that capture the tones and nuances of each concept with mood boards are used that will help you to make your final choices. Product samples and alternative options will be shared with you, allowing you to feel the quality and experience the different textures for complete peace of mind.

Technical drawings will be produced for any work that needs to be manufactured. Drawings will be to scale with specifications for precision work.

Procurement

 

This is where the hard work begins in finding what we have conceptualized and ensuring that it works with the budget allocated. The renovation team has long-standing relationships with reputable local suppliers of world-class brands for soft and hard finishes.

We also have strategic partners that are specialists in their field and we respect their art, craft, and workmanship on delivering quality products within the delivery timeframes that will be determined per project.

Special requests like bespoke joinery work for special wood projects may take a little longer and cost a little more than the average off the showroom floor order, but they are so worth the extra effort.

Our procurement schedules include product specifications, images, and itemised costs.
